Even when I called customers to service, excellent experience. The tech walked me through the website to create the banner, because I was confused. The tech was patient, helpful, and kind. It made me feel important as the customer. With the hour, the Walgreens tech called me back to inform me that my banner was ready. So when I walked in the store I said where is photo center, and the tech said my name, he said he recognized my voice from the Phone call. I just smiled. Excellent service. The banner is amazing. “Front desk people are very unpleasant, but the doctors , nurses are excellent, wanted to thank one of the best nurse tech AMOR , she is absolutely amazing she took care of my kid even tho she was off the clock , she took extra time to take care of her. Front desk did not wanna check us in telling us to go sarasota memorial because they are closing, they close at 8 we got there 6:45 pm but she absolutely has nothing to do with us , even checked my daughter temperature saying she don’t have fever even tho she can see my daughter shivering and wrapped in heavy blanket Glad amor saw her on her way out . And took care of her, 102 something fever bad ear infection and throat infection that is why she’s having a high fever. Hope front desk people don’t do this to anyone ever again, she clearly wanted me to go home and saying my kid don’t have fever.”
