“I always have such a great experience here, I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. I had to write a review and highlight one employee’s exceptional service. Lejla was helping me pickup my prescription in the drive thru. For some reason my order was going to cost me $600! She asked if I wouldn’t mind waiting and said she would do what she could. She came back probably 10 minutes later. She’d been searching for a coupon the whole time and found my prescription at a cheaper price than what I paid normally! I was so grateful she was willing to take the time to look for another option. And it was all unsolicited help, she went above and beyond without me asking for help. “Its a small pharmacy so they often don't keep some medications in stock due to the cost. Why order it if you never sell it, for the one customer who MIGHT happen to come in.? I get that part. I have had the same problem but I also don't and wont go anywhere else for my prescriptions. They take such good care and concern for my family I cant imagine going elsewhere. They go above and beyond to help their customers and my family truly appreciates that! You don't get that kind of service anymore, so I am thankful. I have waited a week for prescriptions without complaint. They know me now and keep my regular meds in stock. I feel bad you had a bad experience. I myself give them 10 stars! They are like family and I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
