“This is long, so buckle up. :) My experience starts May 18th. I was advised by my sons dr that a prescription had been sent over. I called walgreens and they didn't have it. So I called frys, they didn't have it. I called the dr office and was advised it was sent to expresscripts. This was not for a typical prescription that could wait for delivery. This was for a "bump" until my sons med check appointment. I had 2 pills. Not good. Was told by the dr office to have walgreens transfer the script from express to them. The staff at walgreens tried. And tried. And tried. No response from expresscripts. This morning, I called expresscripts to tear them apart. When I was advised the script that was sent to them had never actually been signed, so they had been trying to contact the dr office to get it taken care of. With no response from the dr office. Papa bear came out. Drove to the dr office. After speaking to the director, a new script had been sent directly to walgreens. I called walgreens, they, after having spoken to me numerous times in the past 3 days, knew the situation already and I was advised they had the new script and were already filling it and it would be ready by the time I arrived. I feel the staff at Walgreens over the past 3 days went way above and beyond to help me and my son in our situation that was created by his dr office errors. I dont know any other pharmacy, or staff that would have done all they had to help. I appreciate every one of them so much!!!”

“These guys were awesome. We had our truck towed here after breaking down and we thought it might be anything from an alternator to a blown turbo. Turns out it was just a bad battery cable. I was sort of blown away by the honesty and how easy the process was (and how inexpensive the fix was). They totally could've taken us to the bank on this one - unscrupulous mechanics in the past motivated me to learn how to work on my own cars - but this was a diesel which is a different animal and beyond my skillset. Very appreciative of the good service and will definitely be taking our auto's here in the future.”

He advised it would be back refilled in 3 mins. As I was waiting a very helpful and sweet employee asked for my cup and filled it for me so I didn’t have to wait. I wish I remembered his name. He was prepping bread bowls this morning. He’s awesome. Food was as expected.”

“UPDATE: I take back a lot of what I said. I’m so impressed with how Peterson Chevrolet has handled my situation, I will absolutely buy another vehicle from them. And that says a lot because I’m in Utah with several other dealerships very close to me and it’s a five hour drive to Boise. They have sincerely apologized for not filling up the gas tank, something they normally do and have made up for it. Not only did they help me receive the GM accessories I was supposed to get, but they’re also having them shipped to a dealership that is local to me. I’ve honestly never dealt with a more transparent dealership and I would highly recommend them. Huge thanks to Christian, Rob and Andrew for taking care of me. I love my truck! Purchased brand new truck, gas tank was empty. Was supposed to receive $1000 in GM accessory credit. Still waiting for Andrew to call and explain how I will receive my credit. I was really happy with my purchase until afterwards when I didn’t receive all that I was supposed to. Kind of feels like once you sign the paperwork, they’re done with you.”
