“When I found out I needed a cpap machine after a sleep study etc they called and set the day & date when they would come and drop it off and they did. The guy was very nice, but after using the mask that came with my machine it was uncomfortable I couldn't sleep etc, I shared with my mother in law that's a respiratory therapist and she recommended I call the cpap supplier (⬆️these ppl) and ask for nose pillows I did that on Monday 6/14/21 and they asked if I could pick up or have it delivered, I said delivered works best. So she said tomrw Tuesday it'd be delivered and that I'd get a call like last time to let me know time frame. I never got anything so before they closed I called them and the girl that answers was like snotty and she goes well I guess they mailed it. So that's frustrating but it could be alot worse. I did though receive the correct stuff new not opened today 6/16/21 so I definitely got it within the 2-3 days I was told so thank you! Everything else doesn't matter, I got what I needed what they promised so I'm happy and did edit the review because no need to be extra or super negative if I got everything I needed! Thank you”

The medicine treats my restless leg so it’s pretty important that I take it or I will have a sleepless night. Anyway I called to check on it and the customer service rep, VALERIE, completely put my mind at ease, double checked my info, put me on automatic refill, thanked me, and even called me back because our phones got disconnected at the very end of our conversation.
