“Melissa is our hero! I had to start using a very expensive drug. The $480 per month created a good deal of sticker shock to say the least. Melissa told us of an offer from the pharmaceutical co. that would get the first month for free. As we sat in the parking lot struggling with the web site trying to acquire the coupon, Melissa called from inside the store to let us know she had taken care of it and our prescription was ready and waiting for us! My doctor had also talked to Melissa and commented to us that "we had the nicest pharmacist I've ever talked to". Just one more reason for us to love Publix!”

“Recently moved into this building with a drive thru. The staff is made up of military and civilian workers. Most of the civilian workers are volunteers and they are friendly. The pharmacy is often very busy and the seating gets tight inside. Digital check in system is efficent but I have witnessed it be very confusing for elderly customers. There was no staff to help an elderly woman get checked in correctly during a recent visit so I helped her out.”

Also trying to get a hold of the pharmacy was so hard and I always had to wait on hold. At Prairieville pharmacy they are so quick getting your prescription filled and so easy to get a hold of. Also if you need something they don't have there they are so fast to get it in for you. They are so nice up there.
