“Covid19 isolation review: Absolutely shocked at my experience today. I've been to this store numerous times, but now that everything is different with isolation i was worried about my trip today. This Price Chopper was not only well staffed and well stocked, they have taken many isolation precautions, from signage to shields to wipes to making sure there aren't too many shoppers at once. “I love filling my prescriptions here. They accept most prescriptions through the doctor as well as through fax for scripts usually required to be handed in by the customer (you). The staff is always friendly and professional. They never have a problem taking time for their customers to answer questions and address concerns. I've also never experienced them being out of medications when I go to fill them. You do have to make sure to call in your scripts because their "automatic refill" system doesn't really work. But even calling them in, they're usually available the same day.”

“I’ve lived in Lexington for almost 17 years, but it didn’t take me long to find Wheeler’s. This place has been described as “Cheers without the beers,” and it’s true! There are many people you will encounter on any given day and instantly be able to identify them as regulars - maybe even LIFERS! When you walk through the doors all you see is pharmacy, but hidden against the far right wall is an old school diner and soda fountain, right there in the store! Lee (female) has been working at the fountain for almost 23 years and Ricky probably just as long. I love everything about this place; the friendliness, the allure of its uniqueness, the great prices for the portions, the milkshakes, and of course the FOOD! My go-to is breakfast, but I finally tried lunch for the first time, and the Buddy Burger and regular fries didn’t disappoint. My boyfriend inhaled the Stuart Burger and seasoned fries (more like potato wedges), too. Back to breakfast though, be sure to ask for your biscuits GRILLED - you won’t be sorry! The last time I was at Wheeler’s coincided with a tragic event in our family three years ago, and yesterday was my first trip back since. As I reminisced Lee was so sweet and gave me the biggest hug. She made my weekend.”
