“update: called web design team and explain issues -- they fixed most critical within 1 day and took the less critical issues as update requests -- excellent response . went from 3 rating to 4, if they'd addressed all glitches I would have gone to 5 stars fortblvd med shoppe is apparently a victim of hiring a poor website design company. If one uses their app or the web page to order refills, then you only are allowed to specify pickup, b/c the web designer didn't add any delivery options on the forms, even though the medicine shoppe does deliver. So anything you order hoping for delivery just sits on pharmacy shelf waiting for you to pickup. Any comments you add to the web page or app, stipulating a delivery override, are not transmitted from the web/app to the local pharmacy systems. So, each month I have to call in and find out: 1. did you get my order? 2. will you deliver instead of hold for pickup? 3. do you have my address? 4. do you know how many I have remaining for your medicare reporting requirements? It's frustrating and stupid to have to do this each month and should have been caught by a joint web designer and pharmacy client web page and app review.”
