“I got tired of waiting in line at the big chain pharmacies or waiting 25+ min on the phone to talk to someone. I’ve been so happy with the customer service here at Fate Pharmacy because they go above and beyond. Most times I need a prescription, I call as I leave the pediatrician’s office in downtown Rockwall and 9 times out of 10, they have it ready by the time I arrive (about 10 min). They offer free curbside which is so convenient with littles in the car. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am for a more efficient and helpful pharmacist!”

It took about 5 minutes at the drive through window and when I set up the test online I requested the rapid results so an hour later I found out I was Covid free. So easy and fast and free!”
