“I was at Otterbein Springboro in December for 6 days. Everyone was wonderful. The caregivers were so kind and helpful with tips on how to walk with my walker with only the use of one leg. The nurses were always there with meds and responded quickly if needed in between. Physical and Occupational therapists were so good. They really made sure to help me make my goal of being home before Christmas. And even worked with my husband on how to help me at home. The food was cooked on site in the house by caregivers and was always good and plentiful. I continued with home care thru otterbein as well and the therapists and nurse have been awesome. Glad I chose this facility for sure!”
