“Let me start out by saying that I've seen multiple chiropractors over the years. The one problem I have is that most of them can't physically adjust me to a point that I get relief of any kind or that their adjustment is so minimalistic that it really doesn't do any good. I'm a big guy and recognized that I needed to find someone that knew what they were doing and could adjust a big guy. I have a neighbor that is a body builder and a really large guy. I asked if he had a chiropractor and if he did, was he happy with the adjustments he got. Without hesitation has said to call Dave right away. That was almost 2 years ago now. Dave is the only one that 1. Truly spends time listening to you and considers the mechanics of your entire body. 2. Will use different techniques depending on what needs to be adjusted. 3. Truly cares about your wellbeing & doesn't rush just to get to his next patient. 4. Is strong enough to adjust me and give me the relief that I need, but also gently enough to give my wife and petite daughter major relief as well. I am very happy with the services they have provided to help me recover and regain strength in my arthritic knees. Brian was my therapist for the first knee and Alyson is my current therapist. I am very happy with the care I have received from both of them. They assessed my house when therapy began and made suggestions to help prevent falls and missteps. “In June 2022, I fell, fractured my right patella, had ORIF surgery complete with 2 screws and wire. I’m 69 years old and honestly thought my active life would disappear and I would not be able to walk or ride my bike again. Patella fractures are not an easy rehab, particularly at my age. I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Mel Fernandez who was referred to me from a Rehab facility in Queens, NY. I was looking for a physical therapist who would come to my home, as I was in an immobilizer and not able to drive to a rehab facility. Experienced and competent at-home physical therapists are not an easy find – and I wanted the same therapist who would get to know me and my injury – not have someone different each time. Dr. Fernandez is personable, competent, experienced and knowledgeable, who worked with me on my strengthening exercises. In a relatively short period of time, I am able to walk without a limp and confident enough to get back to Florida to avoid the NY winter. I couldn’t be more happy! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Fernandez, as you would be hard pressed to find a better physical therapist with the expertise and quality of care he provides.”

“I put a grade on my pain & non-movement went i walked into Peak I gave myself an F, 2 - 3 weeks later I was at C, fastly heading to a B. My injury is irreversible so I will always have pain and lack of movement in my right leg, but with they guys at Peak I am running errands all around town and went to Disney World not once but twice with my 8year daughter. They help me even though i only come by every couple of weeks for dry needling!”
