Even though he’s not my/a therapist, lol which would not be fair to him, he helped me a lot with correcting the injuries I acquired from my time over-exercising. :/ He’s single-handedly helped me develop a better relationship to my body, helped me understand the functionality of movement, and overall I just feel so much stronger since working with him. He’s given me the mental strength, fortitude and competency to workout on my own in between our sessions. “This business is a one-woman operation working in a professionally converted ADU/medical clinic at her home on Santa Cruz’s Westside. When I was first referred to Rochelle, I was upset about having lymphedema on the heels of cancer diagnosis and treatment during the COVID pandemic. I was overwhelmed. Rochelle promptly put me at ease with her gentle hands and warm, friendly manner. She got right to work on alleviating the symptoms, constantly telling me what she saw and felt, while teaching me how to manage at home. Rochelle draws from her background in therapeutic massage and physical therapy to personalize hands-on lymphatics drainage as well as recommendations for appropriate medical equipment. She was very helpful in helping me jump insurance hurdles to obtain the best mechanical lymphatics drainage at home. Did I mention how clean her office/treatment room is? All in all, I can’t say enough about Rochelle’s skills and devotion to healing.”
