Helped me get an appointment that morning with a doctor in Van Nuys who had an opening. All the staff, doctor(Auerbach), nurses etc were lovely and helpful. I met with his PA and she was great too. I had my surgery earlier today and I have to say KUDOS to everyone in that surgery center. I was extremely anxious but everyone was so sweet to me. Huge shout out to the anesthesiologist who did my arm nerve block. I was kinda freaking out but she kept me calm. The nurse at the end once I was waking up was lovely. I joked that I wished my husband knew how to braid hair. She offered to braid my hair for me. Just want to say thank you to everyone even tho I don’t remember all of your names.”
