“I was sent to physical therapy unrelated to sports. I walked in and was greeted by a warm receptionist behind the desk with prescription in hand. I had never been to physical therapy before so didn't know what to expect, was given paperwork to fill out and a time slot in the same week. I felt at ease and reassured especially on discovering they accept my insurance. The day of my appointment I was warmly greeted by a woman who introduced herself, Inna, stating she would be my physical therapist. At the time I had not had any x rays or imaging done pertaining to the issue I was there for but she worked with me always with kindness, warmth, respect and patience. After a month I decided to get to an orthopedic surgeon who diagnosed me with hip osteoarthritis, which was already adavanced/ severe, so, yes, this time came back with x rays, well, that changed things so I did have the surgery done after discussing it with my Physical Therapist who agreed that it would be good for me. We ended my PT at that time as I prepared for my surgery, so once done I made an appointment with the same Physical Therapist I had before because my experience with her was positive for me and she had seen me prior so I wanted to stick with the same therapist rather than start with someone I didn't know. I was fortunate to get her back after my hip surgery. I am always greeted warmly and treated well. She is on time, which, for me, makes a difference. She really goes above and beyond. I can feel she cares not just about her job but the patient. Inna is an excellent Physical Therapist who listens, is honest/friendly, kind, honest, knowledgeable, respectful, patient and definitely knows what she's talking about. I am sure that all the physical therapists who work here are good. This is a warm, friendly, professional place that treats each patient respectfully and in kindness. I would recommend them to others whether it be a sports injury, or, in my case, getting back to living life after hip replacement surgery.”

“I worked with Hampton for a month in January and a week in August for my knee and right upper leg. It's hard to explain the massive transformation his work in PT did to decrease the pain in my leg and show me the proper home exercises to continue my therapy. I came into PT with Neurosport after 2 doctors had no clue what caused the pain and muscle decrease in my leg and Hampton was able to work on my IT band with cupping and exercises that decreased the pain from 4/10 everyday for at least 4 hours to a 1/10 every couple of days for an hour maximum. I owe him and the entire staff a lot of gratitude for the work they have done to help me as well as their friendliness to make all of my sessions more entertaining and fun even through some of the pain and effort. I would highly recommend Neurosport to anyone that has a serious injury or even a constant minor annoyance in their muscles as they can definitely help.”
