“I cannot say enough great things about Abilitations Knightdale, but I’ll try... My son receives speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy at Abilitations KDale. From the beginning, the staff and therapists have been wonderful to work with! Going out of their way to accommodate our schedule changes, changing diagnosis’ , and our own hiccups and imperfections with kindness, understanding and grace. Since my son began Speech Therapy in 2019, he has steadily, and noticeably improved! His therapist Ms. Jordan is so patient and kind, and has built a great relationship with my son. Adjusting her approach to treatment, by adding breaks in the session helps keep him on track. Last year, we added occupational therapy to address my son’s handwriting, fear of uncontrollable motion, and hip dysplasia. Ms. Louise is great at keeping Jamie focused, and sends me weekly emails to keep me apprised of his work in therapy and his progress. This year we have added physical therapy, due to my son’s low muscle tone, balance issues and fear of motion. We absolutely love Ms. Lauren! Jamie loves working out with her, especially pushing the “sleigh”. Afterwards, He is always in a great mood, and enjoys the satisfaction of a good workout! Physical therapy has been an especially, appreciated blessing since the pandemic canceled all his sports. And, Ms. Bianela is just the most beautiful, friendly and welcoming person you’ll meet. We are very grateful for all the love and care our son receives here! 🙏🏻♥️”
