“Goodlife is the place to go. Friendly, clean environment with an awesome staff. Whenever I was sitting in the waiting area, Cheryl, who works the front desk, was always a good conversation. She kills at the front desk 😊. Anna, my PT who helped me tremendously, is awesome. An angel in disguise really. I was in horrible pain for few years, straight nightmare. Was referred to Goodlife, met Anna, and things changed for the better. No one was able to solve my mystery pain, but she did. Give her as much information about your pain/issue, ask questions, communicate how your body responds to each individual exercise, and DO YOUR EXERCISES AT HOME. Anna doesn’t give up on her patients, but you as a patient gotta do your part as well. Her personality, determination, and compassion for people blew my mind. She really is the best PT there is. Thank you Goodlife and Anna for helping me get better. I’ll see you guys again after my hip scope!”

“I have been a patient at Evergreen Sport and Spine for almost 20 years. I originally went due to a shoulder injury. They not only treated my shoulder, but also treated my whole body, helping me with my posture, flexibility, strength, and specific exercises to support my tennis game. A few years later, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and was getting injured very easily. I realized how much help I received from ESSPT for my injuries so when my therapy prescriptions were fulfilled, I continued to go back. They have accepted me as a cash patient as needed and helped me stay active, continuing to educate me on how my muscles/nerves work. I said from the get go that I wanted to get back to 100% and be able to run long distance again and participate in sports, and they have rigorously sought out to make that happen for me. I'd consider myself over a month ahead of schedule for a normal Achilles recovery timeline, and I'm certain that is attributable to the team at this Vista facility. They've continued to push my limits as I've progressed and at times it's felt more like I was in a high-end athletic training program rather than just working on making me comfortable walking again. I can't say enough good things about my experience here and would recommend this Vista facility to anyone that really wants to get back to 100%. “After I was hospitalized with low sodium in my body, I went to Camilia Rose which greatly assisted me with my rehab. The therapy team was great, and the nurses did everything they could to make my stay pleasant and therapeutic. I was discharged and got back to my normal life in just a couple of weeks. COVID has been extremely tough on nursing homes, let's remember that the staff here are doing everything they can during these challenging times.”
