Overall, golf was becoming less enjoyable until I met the guys at Dynamic Performance. They gave me the right strategies to play pain free, and allowed me to spend my time before the round on the range and practice green as opposed to stretching. I was able to play 18 holes and wake up the next morning without back stiffness after only a couple of visits, and I can't recommend this company enough for any injury you may be struggling with for long periods of time.”
