“The roofers were replacing my roof from hail damage and they needed to to have the plumber diagnose some vent pipe issues before they could seal the vent pipes in. Brian was able to squeeze us in for a last minute inspection enabling the roofers to finish. “Last Friday during my annual furnace tune-up, the technician diagnosed that the furnace was not working properly and the air exchanger had also quit working. As my house is for sale and and the weather is getting colder, he looked into all repair and replacement options. The BWS salesperson was at my house within 30 minutes to assess, quote and after moving their schedule around able to install my new furnace and air exchanger on Monday. The installers arrived promptly and worked efficiently to install the new furnace. I got great financing and a nice warm house. I have used BWS for other services and they are the best.
