“I had a problem with my garbage disposal this morning. I called Elite Plumbing & Hydro-Jetting in Whittier. They sent over Elijah. Elijah was professional. He called me to let me know he was heading over and answered all my questions when he arrived. When he looked at my Garbage Disposal he determined it was something very simple to fix and was done fixing it in less than a minute. Since it was a simple quick fix he did not charge me. I appreciate Elijah coming out and making the right call not to charge me for a simple fix. This shows me that Elijah is honest and trustworthy. The tech, Greg, came out and diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote and ordered the new heater and compressor for install. The water heater is located in the attic, in a tight space. Greg and crew maneuvered the unit to the attic without any mishaps. They respected our home by laying down cardboard to protect the floor and Greg cleaned up after the job was completed. Andrew and Chad did a fantastic job fixing my water heater which had a glitchy pilot light which mysteriously wouldn't stay on after being lit, thus restoring much-needed hot water to my residence. I was pleased that I was able to schedule an appointment the same day I called, and Andy and Paul were punctual in their arrival the first day the water heater was looked at. Paul determined right away that a gas control valve needed replacement, and was kind enough to point out that since the water heater was still under warranty with the company, I could order it directly and have it shipped with expedited shipping, and then have the work done and be reimbursed by the company for the cost. This saved me a lot of money that I would have otherwise had to spend. As soon as the part arrived, I was again able to schedule an appointment for Andrew and Chad to come out and install the part which they installed perfectly with no issues or problems.
