“I cracked a toliet trying to fix it constantly leaking. After sending them a picture they recommended a toilet and gave me prices for both purchasing the toliet on my own or buying one from them. They even pointed out some other issues with my toliet flange (that it was loose) and how I could fix it on my own while installing the new toilet. The person answering the phone was super helpful and informative with my many questions and concern about our air conditioning unit. when I called, we were not establish customers and they were able to come out to our home which let me mention is over an hour outside of town and they came out the same day. We had a leak in the supply pipe between the street and the house that we finally located - called Francisco, and he was out within the hour despite it being a late Saturday afternoon. He was extremely thorough in explaining our options, made sure we would be fine overnight and arrived promptly the next morning. Together with Jordan he completed the pretty significant job by Sunday evening, despite some unexpected complications - and left the place better looking than it had been! “Rex did an awesome job! I had busted the water supply pipe trying to move my clawfoot tub and he came over to fix it the same day I called when no other plumber would answer the phone. He also went above and beyond what anyone would do and fixed a duct while he was in the crawlspace, put the feet back on my tub, pulled a rag out of my garbage disposal, and removed some dead rats out of the crawl space that he came across =O~. Not only that but he was polite and good with the kids and didn't overcharge. I'll definitely call him when I need something else!”
