Dylan & Rene worked in the attic putting in a new duct system & Phillip & Stone worked for almost 12 hours installing the new AC unit. It was 107 outside & 95 in the house with a lot of humidity. “Chris came and checked out our Hot Water System and confirmed what I already expected. One tank was not working and the other was OK. He went into great detail on multiple options at varying cost levels. This was on Friday and he was informed that I would like to review the various options before deciding what made the most sense for us. This took into account the age of current system, expected life span of equipment, warranties, updates and compliance with city codes. Chris was told we would contact him over the weekend and we reached him on Sunday with our decision. He said that he and an assistant would be there Monday to remove/replace the old tanks, update existing lines and complete all requested work that afternoon. This was all expected, but in addition Chris was knowledgeable, personable, professional and seemed to really care about his work and how it would reflect on both him and Milestone (who he spoke very highly of). Milestone has consistently sent out individuals who are are professional and exhibit the highest standards of personal conduct and top notch quality of work. In addition I have never heard any of there employees say anything but positive comments about working at Milestone. “The tech got here early and went right to work. He is very knowledgeable, professional and gets the job done. My central unit outside was dirty and the run capacitor wasn't any good. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the outside unit really good. I was amazed of all the dirt there was. You can tell a big difference on how much better my central air keeps the house cool. The price was good too. No complaints here and will definitely use them again if needed.”
