“Called on a Sunday after I discovered water backing up into both tubs from doing laundry thinking this might be a clogged septic line. Dave took the time to talk me through how to find a pipe that might be clogged. I called him back because I couldn't locate it and he was enjoying a day off at the lake and said he would come take a look at it. It turned out not to be a septic issue but a clog somewhere in the house so needed a plumber instead. He didn't charge me much to come all the way out here on his day off. Just this week, I had a number of plumbing repairs that needed to be done in my home, including diagnosing a leak in my master bath shower. I was surprised that they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day (most contractors are so busy these days). They arrived within the time frame given, and Mark was very thorough in the work he did. He needed to purchase a couple parts to finish the repairs, and was able to come out the following day, again, within the time frame given, and finish the repairs. “My daughter accidently flushed the top part of her siphon hose from her fish tank down our toilet. It got stuck in the neck of the toilet. We could not get it to come out or go all the way down so I called Boyd Plumbing. They had their techician, Sean, come out the same day. Try as he might, he could not get it out either. He gave us 3 options to remedy the problem. Since our toilet was old, we decided to get a new one. We bought the one pictured, Sean came out the next morning and removed the old one and installed the new one. The price quoted and charged, which ended up the same, I think was reasonable. Now, we have a new toilet that will last us another 40 years. I would use Boyd Plumbing again for any other plumbing problem we may occur.”
