“I'm honestly really surprised by some of these reviews, but I can only discuss my experience with Shawn. He is wonderful. He answered all of my questions, discussed all of my options and reached out to me several times before install to make sure that I'm comfortable and if I had any questions. He installed my water softener very quickly, cleaned up and I've had no issues since install. He is also extremely fair with pricing. A water softener form lowes or home depot will cost you around $500, but unless you feel comfortable cutting water pipes, which I do not, he is your best bet to turn to. One company who I will not name wanted to charge me $4,500 to complete my install and I have never laughed so hard at someone and told them to get out of my house and to not return. If you don't trust Shawn from my review, then do your due diligence, but you won't be disappointed in hiring Shawn.”
