“I made the mistake of drilling into a water pipe. I made a second mistake by trying to repair it myself. Fortunately I contacted Plumber Duck and they were, first off, friendly! It is amazing how many people I have called and their tone of voice is stand off ish and just plainly rude. They came within a couple hours of me calling and the entire experience was seamless. They're pretty busy so it may take a little while to get them out (I'm sure they would be faster if it was urgent but mine weren't), but all the other plumbing companies never even got back to me due to the demand for them now. The price was very reasonable for both repairs and we haven't had any issues at all since they fixed up our problems. The installed a faucet on our kitchen, got our outdoor water faucet working again, unclogged our kitchen sink, and repaired a leak under our house.”
