“I am so thrilled that I called All Pro Plumbing. Our disposal had stopped working due to something that had fallen in it (glass wine stopper). I called All Pro and received a call back within the hour. Over the phone the gentleman walked me through a few steps to try and get it working again. These steps worked and they did not have to come out to our home. I am VERY impressed that a company would give up money to come to a home and just help over the phone. Thank you All Pro. If the need arises again (we'll be more careful with the wine stoppers) we will definitely call.”

“Gene Cobb did a very good job repairing the drywall on one of our tall walls that we couldn’t reach with the ladders we have. He was prompt, thorough, kind, knowledgeable and he cleaned up after himself. The wall looks brand new and wouldn’t even need painted, as he mentioned, though we had him repair the wall in preparation for painting. It definitely no longer bothers us to look at the wall in the meantime. Looks great!”

“Mauro's Plumbing did a superior job on my house. The main job was to clear ALL drains in my house. My house was built just after WW2. The drains are cast iron. Over the years this house has settled & the drains build up rust and some disintegrate. . This was large job. Mauro's plumbing gave me a fair quote, had all the right tools, did the job in a timely manor and cleaned up all of the mess.”

“Liquid Fire is in fact an exceptionally Amazing Product. Just remember to read and heed all of their directions and instructions very carefully prior to the application process. Then, read them again and you will not only resolve your clogged drain problem, you will remain completely safe and unharmed, as you are working with highly caustic acid. That means among other terms the need to wear appropriate gloves, protective eye wear or a face mask if available and leaving no skin exposed in the event of unwanted direct contact through a splash back situation. Allow me to personally suggest having some clean clear water nearby in case it is needed for an emergent rinse. /// Please Note... Since my original review as listed above from seven months ago, yesterday on January 28, 2020, I was confronted with a similar need involving a different household bathroom sink. Once again I carefully adhered to the instructions leaving nothing to chance, memory nor imagination and the results once again worked like a charm. Purchased from the same local old fashioned hardware store and noticed they had a couple of similar looking "knock-offs" now available but I remained loyal without hesitation as I had already identified the best product without any need or desire to switch brands. Could not help but to notice within a few other reviews listed on Amazon there were a few unfair complaints about their local sources at much higher pricing levels. I paid $8.99 plus sales tax which was competitive with traditionally lesser grades of aggressive chemical treatments like Draino. If you have a beef about being ripped-off at the retail level, that is an issue completely out of the manufacturer's control or intention. Thank you once again 'Amazing Products Inc.' for bailing me out of yet another potentially much higher priced plumbing alternative. You have the knack for making my plumbing skills appear much more talented than they truly are.”

“TL;DR: premium service that the Ritz Carlton could learn from I called Cabrillo in the morning hoping to get an appointment, and by late afternoon, their crew have already come and gone, and I am blessed with two freshly installed water heaters, and all the mickey-mousing of piping from the previous contractor repaired and working properly. In interest of attempting to keep this review brief, I'll try to bulletpoint some highlights of why I am just so outrageously impressed by Brian, Gerson and crew, and with Cabrillo Plumbing as a whole. - Communication - A live person, who was very knowledgable and able to answer my questions re: water heaters, repair and/or install, picked up the phone when I called the office. Then, proper use of technology, with various text messages updating me on dispatch, who is coming, when, etc etc. Crystal clear, efficient, effective. Wow. - Brian & Crew - What a guy! Came in, assessed my situation, gave various use case scenarios and analyzed what suitable solution sets make sense for me, all packaged in an approachable, easy to understand, form factor. I'll also add that I threw on Spotify for the crew, and by the afternoon we were kareoke'ing to 80s power rock while they showed me details of their install while going over care tips and maintenance. - The Install - See photos, but, and I never thought I'd say this, but, my what a beautiful piping job! In total we ended up having 4 guys on the job, all super clean, all super professional, all super cool to hang out with and chat about the ins an outs of plumbing and water heaters and all the things I've never thought twice about. - Conclusion - I'm reminded of the meme, "if you think a pro is expensive, wait til you hire an amateur". Cabrillo, off the bat, may seem expensive. But my oh my the VALUE you get in terms of TIME SAVINGS, and more importantly, crystal clear understanding of a.) what the problem is, and b.) what practical solutions make sense, makes all the difference. I've never, ever, thought I'd spend this much time writing a review for a plumbing company, but in closing, all I can say is that this company has earned my family as a raving customer for life. Truly, an amazing operation, from human personnel, equipment utilization, technology application, just, wow, bravo, very, very well done Cabrillo!”

“So I normally don’t write reviews, but the service was great and the price was fair and I thought Res-con plumbing deserved to be recognized. Also, they gave me a veterans discount which was greatly appreciated. I had called a couple of plumbers to come fix my sewer line that was backed up and Was cast iron and clay pipes. They all wanted to say it was gonna be a major job, and it sounded like it was gonna be quite pricey, so when. Res-con got here and saw what was going to need to be done he gave me a fair price and the work was done in a timely manner…. I know I did mention to the owner that I would be using them again if ever, I needed plumbing services.”

“I took the time to read the reviews of this company before calling them to find my water leak. Everyone raved about Nelson and the great job he did for them. I phoned and asked if Nelson was still employed there and when they confirmed he was, I set up an appointment to have my property diagnosed. They sent Nelson within a couple of hours. He was every bit as professional as others had reported. He had specialty leak diagnostic electronic equipment and worked hard to locate our leak. He was an excellent troubleshooter and very experienced in this field. Polite and professional and found the leak in a reasonable time. Couldn't have been happier with the service.”
