One of the toilets we ordered from a home improvement store arrived with a seat that had scratches all over the lid. I shrugged it off because I was just happy to have a working toilet again. Jason was so committed to making sure we did not have any issues. He called the manufacturer and advocated for us. The manufacturer sent a new seat at no cost to us. Keep in mind, we ordered the toilet from a third party. Jason only called on our behalf because he wanted everything to be perfect for us. I called Dollar Plumbing who could have easily told me they could not remove the broken valve, hence making the job much more expensive and time consuming.
