“New home owner and had a small leak pop up seemingly at random - called their line Saturday and they’re own dispatch contacted me within an hour. They were honest letting me know it was very busy but they had me on the dispatch list and promised a call back before that evening if it had to be rescheduled. Called back later that evening confirming they were sending Jose by. Jose showed up, got right to it - professional, courteous - we found that it was actually a condensation trap leak from an air conditioner - which really isn’t a plumbing thing - but at least I can shut off an air conditioner (instead of shutting off a water main!) To be honest I’m not sure if somebody else would of shown up, if they’d of caught on, and probably would of spent a lot more time (and money, possibly after tearing down some walls) to come to the same conclusion Even though it turned out to be something other than I thought - he walked me through what was going on, gave a walk through inspection of all my pipes and provided some quotes for some future projects I plan to do one day. They only charged me a trip ticket which was less than I was expecting it to be. Though it was my first time using them, if this service is typical of SW Plumbing, I would definitely use them again! Thank you!”

“Alfredo and his team came to help after Atmos Energy did some work and left our water tank with an alarm going off and no hot water. Swan plumbing came to look at the issue first but later in the night the alarm went off again. This is when Alfredo from U.S. plumbing came and were able to get the problem resolved and were quick and responsible in figuring out the issue. I was thankful to hear the issues and explanation as this is my first time having to work with a plumbing service. This was a great experience and they truly are good people. “I would like to highlight the customer service of the several individuals who performed my AC install. Mario C, Richard, and also Chris. Mario is such an amazing individual that they really should clone him! He was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and explained everything to me in detail. I am an older individual and I very much appreciated the time and patience that he took with me. Richard was equally outstanding! As I said, I am older, and when he installed my new digital thermometer he was extremely patient and thorough in explaining to me exactly how I was to use this new device in my home. I also had an extensive duct redo from him, and he was stellar in changing everything over to the new system that was being put in for me. Last but not least is Chris, typically when you call a phone number you get an answering machine and I really hate that. I was pleasantly surprised when I called the number and Chris answered the phone. He reassured me that should I need anything now, or in the future, do not hesitate and just reach out to him and he would take care of whatever issue I had. He has absolutely outstanding customer service skills. I had a roof unit installed and I have to give a shout out to the crane operators and installers. They were professional, on time, and left everything the way they found it when they departed my property. I highly recommend Collin‘s comfort systems to anyone who is considering using them for a new AC unit.”

Coweta is a small town and sometimes if you do local business you have very little to choose from so you take what you get. In this particular case though, you are getting very good quality work from VERY GOOD QUALITY people. My entire family has used these folks for quite some time now and will use no one else, so know who you're dealing with!!! I'm going to tell part of a "feel good" story that they don't even realize the impact they made to their community. My Grandmother has been in Coweta for some time now and she's 89 and really relies on the honesty of businesses. This business has done plenty of work in the aging house that she owns and even attended her 89th birthday party. I'm pretty sure they even helped with the party. I'm trying to keep this story brief but still stress the fact of what kind of people I think they are at Precision. Anyway, I want to thank the people involved with helping my PRECIOUS Grandmother. PS. They are the only plumbing company my family uses, so you have to know their WORK is AWESOME TOO!!!”
