Practical Plumbing sent Samuel Dixon for a FREE and I really mean FREE estimate the same day we called. He determined the location of the break; got approval from my boss and hand dug about 15 feet of line up and hooked up a new line in place and even added a new shut off, was very informative in showing me where and how to use the said shut off, even explained why we should use the shut off in case of an emergency. They did a very neat job they wore shoe covers and masks when inside of the building. I will highly recommend them. Chris was also great he did a great job cleaning up. They did not leave a mess at all! Thank You Practical Plumbing for being there when we needed~when nobody else would even answer the phone. They are my plumbing company from now on.”
