I got an honest answer about the work load that they had lined up for Monday but they said they would try to squeeze me in to at least check on the issues I was having and work may not be able to be done on Tuesday. With the crazy heat I was expecting that. Well by 12:30 Keith was at my house with an installer and a young man in training. They figured out the problems and replaced 3 parts ( between 2 units) and now I have A/C again. The service was prompt, honest, professional and a fair price as well. I now know who to call for my A/C or heat issues. Thanks to the young man for learning a trade...we need people who know how to fix things and Keith, thanks to you and your crew for fast, friendly service while training someone in this heat.”

This has made a huge difference. A wonderful alternative to those who don’t like the feel of a water softener.
