“Originally many people referred us to another company, L***o, to replace our steam boiler, which is also 5 star in Google. Not only that company quoted us $1000 more, they might be too busy and didn't really care about us. They were like "give me a written quote from another company and we'll then give you a cheaper price", "pay deposit now or wait for two more weeks, it's up to you". In contrast, Gatti was much nicer. The staffs were patient. They went over all the details of the new boiler and answers all our questions. I initially worried that the great price might come with tricks or hidden cost. But no, it didn't happen. On the next day we found a small issue and Gatti came right away and solved the problem quickly. Good quality and nice service.”

He walked me through what he would be doing, the cost was given to me up front, and he was able to get out the next day to compleatly replace the water heater. “We called TLH Plumbing for a leak under our kitchen sink. I got to talk to Kayla who was very helpful and pleasant and was able to schedule us for just a few days out. Gary just came out to address the leak and not only did he fix it and fast, he was able to work on a weak kitchen sprayer, a loose hot water handle and a mess of dishwasher hoses under the sink.
