They tentatively scheduled me for Monday, but said they might be able to squeeze me in the next day, Friday. Sure enough, I got a call Friday and they showed up in the afternoon. The job took about an hour or so, and we got hot water back. To cap it all off, after they had left, I had an additional question about my faucet, so I went out to their truck to ask them, and both guys came right back in, looked at the faucet, and answered my question. They were polite and professional. The price was reasonable. I would recommend A. Fagundes to anyone who asks me. The next time I need a plumber, they'll be first on the list.”
