“I don't know why the universe always has things breaking on weekends when it's hard to call someone out. I called Yogi's after doing a quick yelp search. I'm in freak out mode. I wasn't about to take time looking through dozens of pages so I just blindly chose a highly rated one and crossed my fingers. I called them on a Sunday for a broken water heater and they were friendly and able to calm me down. Andy came out to do the work and he was prompt and on time. I appreciate that! In a world where everyone is late even after giving a "window"...being on time is HUGE! Andy was able to replace my water heater and for a very fair price too.
