“Around noon we discovered we had no hot water. From a recommendation we called Singletary for repair. The person answering the phone assured me they would be there before 5PM even thought their schedule was full and we were being worked in. Sure enough less that 2 hours later we were informed that Joey was on his way. He was very nice and found the problem with little trouble. We have hot water again and I am so impressed with Singletary that I will use them again and highly recommend them to others. Thank you Joey...... Just used Singletary for the 2nd time because of the 1st experience. We had Joey again. He unclogged the kitchen sink and then he replaced the fill mechanism inside the toilet tank. A $10-$14 part at Home Depot. He did a great job on both but I thought $175 charge for just the toilet repair was a little excessive. I would use them again but I might ask the charge before hand. Mu husband usually fixes small things like this but cancer has him laid up.”

“Scott is wonderful! He was able to run out despite being obviously super busy and was able to diagnose our issue in about one minute. He then advised us on the easy fix and proceeded not to charge us despite the fact that we were obviously incompetent and he very easily could have. He could have completed the easy fix and charged us hundreds and I would have paid easily... Instead we paid $17 for the part. So if you're looking for honest, reliable and lovely to work with he's your guy. I will say it was a tiny bit less responsive than you'd get at a big company but of course that's the case.. We just had to call a couple times instead but that's a trade ill happily take. And obviously he's busy considering he might be one of the last super honest plumbers! We've found our new plumber! Woo! Call him now! And he even made sure to emphasize that we could call him any time with plumbing questions. Amazing!”
