“This was the best service I've had in a long time. We were over an hour away from home and our car started overheating. We called a few places that Google said was close but no one could help. When we called Midas at first they said yeah you can drop it off but it's Friday and we probably won't get to it today. When we asked if he knew of anyone that could get his in right away as we were not familiar with the area. He asked where are were from and said well in that case get here as soon as you can and we will help you. We got there and not even 10 mins later our car was up on the lift. We needed a belt replaced and thermostat and they changed my oil and filter. My husband had just got discharged from the hospital and car over heated going to get him and I knew we wouldn't make it home. So very thankful they answered the phone and helped us out. Guy at the the counter who answered phone, I almost hugged him. He was awesome!It was a $500. Fix but worth it to get back home and not have to stay in a hotel all weekend.”

“I had a very leaky water heater and I was worried it would flood out my basement. Thankfully, I called these guys and they came out right away. Tyler came out first and gave me a quote which I thought was very reasonable especially for such a short notice. They didn’t even charge me a service call fee. He was extremely professional and was very kind and helpful. He then had one of his coworkers locate a quality water heater unit. A couple of hours later Shane showed up and installed the new water heater. He did a phenomenal job and he certainly is very experienced and very good at what he does. Also, Amanda at the call center was super nice and was very professional. She helped tremendously in making it all happen. If you need any mechanical work done at your home or business I would highly recommend giving these guys a call. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I suspected my master bath on the 2nd floor had a leak when I saw water stains on the ceiling of my 1st floor den. The call to Century Rooter was picked up by a nice lady and she was able to book me a same-day inspection/estimate. She called again when the technicians were 20 minutes. Josh and Uzziel came on time and walked me through a couple of scenarios and solutions. Although I was ready to break open the ceiling, they took it one step at a time. The best fix was to replace the wax ring, doubling up what was originally there since original ring was sitting below the floor line and not properly sealing the "hole". We also discussed a minor leak in the tank and they will order the parts specific to my toilet's manufacturer and come back with all fresh guts. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the professionalism. $135 for 2 people for about an hour seems reasonable to me. Thank you, Century Rooter!”
