The price has always been fair and the work beyond reproach. Then over the new years holiday our hot water heater started to leak thru the ceiling. Called Dr. Drain on New Years Day and the owner came out within 2 hours of me calling and fixed the our leak. He charged me the standard price to repair/replace the value, even though he came out on a Holiday. Highly recommend them !!!”

“We have two 30 plus year old boilers - one dead and the other on its way out. Will gave me a detailed proposal about replacing them with brand new high tech boilers and thermostats. Rick arrived with everything he needed and within 24 hours had reworked all of the old plumbing into the new unit and completely rearranged the system. His pipe fitting is art work and I was sad to have to enclose it behind a door... so I cut in a peep hole so that I can watch it from time to time. It functions flawlessly and with such ease. I am now eager for him to come back and replace the other. Fantastic job. Is Kellermeier inexpensive? They are not. Are they worth the cost? They are! Their organization, service, and obvious experience with their products and installation is apparent and what you are purchasing, which I understand and value.
