He set up a same day appointment and Randy arrived about 1:45. By 2:30 he had our sump pump replaced. The same model this company installed over 5 years ago. At that time, Johnny advised they have a 3-5 year life span. My sump pump runs year round, sometimes 15-20x/day so I was surprised it hadn't conked out earlier. We did not have one scheduled. I called and they happily met us at the door. Jim was able to find exactly what we wanted in stock and had us in and out with product in hand in maybe 10 minutes. He was very helpful making suggestions for a laundry sink as well. We will definitely encourage others to shop local and keep them in mind for future projects. I think some of the other reviews are focusing on not being helped but me personally I think sometimes local places like this don’t want to hound people either. I don’t mind that at all.”
