Mark was the ONLY response and actually scheduled us for later that night which was a miracle! He gave us very thorough pricing, there were no surprises except from the job itself but he was tenacious! He was running late but stayed in constant contact, he got there at 11pm and didn't leave till a little after 1am when the job was handled. Even gave us a discount on the unexpected camera scoping.
