The installation was fantastic, if that is possible to say when you are talking about replacing 2800 sf of carpet. The crew assigned to our house was Rudy's crew. They were great! They arrived when expected, worked late, and got the huge job done in 3 days. This was an exhausting task for us to undertake, but it made us organize and clean out old stuff that we didn't need anymore. Our house now fells brand new, organized, clean with brand spankin new carpet, perfectly installed by courteous and hard working people. I can't say enough good things about Rudy's crew. “On Thursday, September 28, I stopped at my local Home Depot in Sherwood, Oregon, to learn about flooring. A young man named Ian, spoke with me for over an hour about the differences between hardwood, vinyl, and laminate; which needed under-layment; the installation type - engineered click, sheet, plank; floating floors; etc. then he took me to get samples, showed me the backs of the products and even got down on the floor to show me how the planks needed to be installed. He was very impressive with his knowledge, spoke in a way I could understand- making sure I did. He was very pleasant, very helpful, and never impatient with me or my questions. There was even a time where 3 other Home Depot employees briefly stopped what they were doing to watch him demonstrate something to me. I would certainly recommend Ian and Home Depot to anyone looking for flooring. Thank you and I will be returning to him when I'm ready to replace my carpets in the near future. Pam Duvall”
