“Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.”

“We had a faucet valve burst in our bathroom that was behind a wall. The room next to the bathroom was flooded. It was on a Saturday, so we called several well known local plumbers to help. No one was available until Monday. We were referred to Kurt Jackson Plumbing and they were awesome! A plumber was at our house within an hour. He found the leak within a few minutes. “Kevin Meek is an honest, reasonably priced, and detail-oriented plumber who can do a variety of things. We had him install a high efficiency furnace a few years back, which required him and his team to add new piping to bypass our old furnace vent, which was out of code. His bid came in lower than the other places we contacted and he went out of his way to go above and beyond what they promised, including re-insulating our old vent pipes, and making sure our intake vent was large enough (which it hadn't been for the previous furnace). Last year, we had him completely remodel our bathroom, which required going down to the subfloor, which had rotted due to old leaks. He also had to do some framing on the wall of the house due to rotted boards there, which he did at a very reasonable additional cost. He connected us with a tile guy who finished the job off beautifully and had a similar level of meticulousness that Kevin did. I always go to Kevin first for my plumbing-related needs.”
