While addressing the issue they told us they could not fix it and that we would need to excavate part of our basement and replace an entire line in order to fix the problem. We had Tope come out shortly after to get a second opinion. Not only did they take care of the problem for a fraction of what was suggested to us, they explained and showed why it happened so we can proactively address it on our end rather than continue to bleed money into it.
