From Sarah in the office to Thomas and Jonathan who came to my home, they were friendly, professional, helpful and informative. After this initial visit, we hired RPS to complete our plumbing repair after other companies failed to come or would not come out to make an estimate or look at the job. Thomas and Jonathan came back to do the work and they were courteous, personable, careful and thorough in their work and committed to excellence. It was clear they actually CARED about the quality of their work and wanted to do an impeccable job (which they did!). The price was HALF of what another company quoted and they completed the repair quickly and efficiently. It was also a pleasure speaking with them and interacting with them. “Hector came over he did the job and we watched a bit of the chivas game. Go Chivas. I wanted him to stay and hang out and drink a brewski with me and the boys but point is he’s very profesional. He’s on time and he won’t stiff you on prices he’s a great guy and sometimes I wonder if I went too far when I told him how Real Madrid isn’t as great as they say and maybe that’s why he won’t reply but he’s a great plumber. 10/10 would let my pipes rust and break just to see hector.”
