Called them again a few days later and Mike and Jonathan came right out and swapped out the hose in less than 5 minutes and told me no charge. Anita in the office did a quick map check and put me on the schedule right then. Nathan showed up two mornings later and made the experience as painless as he possibly could. I needed a new distribution box and he walked me through what would happen. Needless to say I could tell you more but, just trust that I don’t like reviews, Nathan dug the thing out, alone, in the pouring rain. He’s truly a stand up person!
