“Don’t use ANYONE else!! I have used many plumbers over the years. None have ever provided the top notch service B & D plumbing did. Recently, we were in the middle of pouring a parking lot, and ran into some major issues with the entire Sewage and water system. Faye and Byron had two service technicians on site within an hour. Work began immediately. They were able to accomplish in two days, what would’ve taken others weeks. They worked nonstop, showed up early in the morning and worked till late in the afternoon. Their communication during the repairs was superb. They were able to keep the concrete job on schedule and save us an absolute plumbing nightmare, after the concrete had already been poured. The technicians, Paul and Michael were very experienced. They knew what they were doing and when they ran into an unexpected problem, they knew how to fix it. I truly cannot say enough about Paul, Michael, Byron, or Faye, the office manager. They care about their customers, and they definitely exceeded my expectations by a mile!!! “Awesome experience. From the moment I talked to Tracy on the phone to the next day (crazy fast for plumbers) arrival right on time by Mcgary (?) Who did the work, it was all smooth sailing. Love Advanced Rooter. Save yourself the following hell with other local plumbers, and just hire Advanced Rooter. Now.. Let me tell you how badly it went with others. First plumber company here in Norwalk who everyone recommended, came out months ago, said they'd call back with estimate. At least once a week for a month I called to say, what is the estimate? This was a 100% clogged pedestal sink in a small bathroom. Every week a very nice person at Ef. Plumbing said she'd have someone call me with the estimate. It was eluded to that I might need to replace the pedestal sink altogether. But after a month of weekly calls I decided the lack of response said something about them overall. Next company, Bd. Plumbing, similar not calling back, but in more of a no intention in calling back even though service said they would. You know when they called back finally? After the last message I left with their answering service (50% of the day the service answers, so I'm always awaiting their return call while I'm working).. My last message to them was that "I get it, I'm too small of a customer to matter to them" but I wish they'd just told me instead of playing a nonsense game of phone messages and no reply for two weeks. And I mentioned something that seems to have been important: that I happen to be besties with two New Canaan realtors, and of course I'm going to share my experience. Well THAT got them to finally call me back. Super apologized, set up people to come out in same week.I thought that was going to work out. Nope, they got here and the guys said they didn't have drain cleaning equipment, thought they were there for sink installation only. I'd been clear that sink installation was back up plan if they couldn't clear the drain, and only because another plumber said it might be needed. The series of calls ensued and owner called telling me sorry. But also told me no way to get the drain cleared for less than $500 because need expert, gave me name and number of recommendation for said expert drain clearing company. Not true as it turns out. Advanced did it for way under, without a series of visits or calls, difficulties or bs. Advanced literally spoke to me on the phone one day, came here and fixed it the next day.”
