“Had a leak in my washer valve and needed it replaced. The technician came out and fixed it same day. Price was good. Unfortunately he accidentally punched through and through drywall in my laundry room and into the adjacent bathroom while fixing. This occurred over two weeks ago and the supervisor still has not even called to acknowledge the damage or arrange repairs. When I initially called to discuss the damage, I was told the supervisor would call me and I should expect a call the next day. I didn’t hear anything so I called back. This has been a recurring issue. I have called five times over the last two weeks, having been assured twice that I will receive a call back the same day to rectify the situation and still nothing. UPDATE: owner personally called me and arranged to have drywall patched and painted and reimbursed me for cost of original service. Not sure what happened with calling in and getting the run around about the repairs but I was very grateful to finally speak to someone and get it resolved. Bathroom looks great”

Today I had scheduled him to work on my hot & cold water valves which were leaking in my laundry room. While he was there with his assistant, I mentioned an issue I was having with a faucet in my master bathroom. I was so pleased that his assistant was able to work on one problem while Josh worked on the other. They were able to complete both. Many plumbers would have had you reschedule another appointment; however, Josh was able to complete both tasks and still make it to his next appointment on time.
