He performed the install quickly. After the install was complete, he showed me the work he completed and taught me about a feature on the faucet that didn’t exist on our old faucets. He was very professional. I asked for a bid to replace our other external faucet, and when we are ready for that work to be done I will definitely be calling Hosack and requesting Kent to perform the work.”

They were a little bit more, but competitively priced. The little extra was worth it because of the entire experience, their responsive, the quality of materials used, and the quality of workmanship. Total professional experience. The previous water heaters were not installed to code. Zac took care of it. He came out the next day, and not only did he fix the leak, but as a single woman, he walked through my house and made a list of what should be done right away and what could wait. He was very patient, answered all my questions, and did great work in a timely manner. His work area was kept very clean and his prices were very reasonable. He ended up working on my house fixing various things, patio cover, outlets, new fixtures, over a period of time. I had my Hot Water Tank blow out the bottom and flood my basement on a Friday afternoon. Derek returned my call within an hour and within 3hrs I had hot water again. I have 3 children under the age of 3 and with the amount of laundry, dishes and bath giving I do on a daily basis, I couldn't go even 24hrs without hot water. He came right away, did the job he was asked to do and was in and out within less than an hour.
