“Called for a clean out of our septic tank. It was a non-emergency, we were noticing issues flushing the lowest toilet in the house after we used a large amount of water (showering etc). Initially, it was going to be later in the week because of how busy they were but they had a cancellation and were in my area so I had it done the same day. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. We discussed the issues I was experiencing and he had an idea of a few different things we could check. Then went ahead and pumped the tank. Their costs were competitive with others in the area. “We called Aquanaut to help us run new water lines, upon inspection of the well bladder, Shaun noticed that all the lines under the bathrooms of the house were run incorrectly. They had illegal fittings and were leaking into our crawl space. He gave me an estimate and had the entire team out to complete both jobs within days of his first visit. We knew there was a water problem under the house and had tried to address it with french drains but had no realization that it was due to leaking water pipes. “Big Apple Plumbing is the best plumbing companies I have worked with. The completed my oil to natural gas conversion is just a few short days. The handled all the paper work with National Grid (NYC Natural Gas provider), including submitting for rebate when the job was done. They scheduled follow up appointment with NYC inspectors and made sure the job pasted inspection. However, after inspection one of the tenants complained of a loud rattling noise coming a few radiators. Nick one of the plumbers came by to assess and fix the problem it took him multiple hours. He was completely patient with my elderly father and tenant he fixed the issue without additional charge. This company has earned themselves a costumer for life!”

“We had to have a sewer line repaired in a project we were paving and called Proforce Plumbing for complete turnkey service. They came out located and trenched for the sewer line leak after using their camera inspection they were able to locate exactly where the sewer line was damaged. “Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts. Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.”

“I was very impressed and pleases with the service I received having my leaking my water heater replaced today. It is Saturday and I was not sure I would be able to reach anyone. I called Bayshore Plumbers and Joe the technician arrived with in 40 minutes! He assessed the heater, and I agreed it needed to be replaced. He knew the supplier closed at noon. He was off and picked up exactly the model needed. While he was gone Joe had set up the old tank to drain and when he returned the tank was ready for removal.
