My wife has gone on hospice so I requested a second parking pass for my vehicle to be on the street overnight in case we have to have emergency medical care, or I need to get her to a hospital quickly. They said no. I can just continue to take the extra time to move my van to street each and every time. They have decided to make an exception for our situation. I changed my review to 4”

It was kind of a hard situation to explain and I fully understand the way they handled it. What really impressed me is when I called back the day after and the dispatch supervisor said they would review it. He did in a timely manner and even called me back to answer questions. Still don't see eye on a few details, but I understand and respect their opinion.”

“This place had renovated since last year hurricane Harvey and everything is new & clean. Come here to go for court duties and pay traffic tickets. DMV is no longer here for Tag, Registration, Plate and Title. Parking space is big enough for everyone. Good thing is this place is not in a bad traffic location. The front of the building is County Clerk and behind the building is Sheriff, Constable, Court and DA are located. This place get busy line in the morning before 8AM sometimes. Everyone will help if you asking them. There signs around to read if you didn’t see anyone. The clerks were helpful and friendly.”

When I called my cellphone, officer Northrop picked it up and offered to bring it to my house. Overall, I am grateful and thankful to both officer Northrop and the honest person that picked up my phone. With all the negative press about police vs civilian and all the tragic endings of interaction with the police nowadays I was extremely nervous about the outcome! Although the situation could've ending in another tragic sad story these officers swiftly reacted in an pleasant noncombative manner and Im forever grateful that my biggest fear was dispelled by these wonderful officer. My child is an black manchild that was handle with pristine care without incident in my emotional breakdown the officers more than one comforted me and assured me my child would be safe!
