The blue vehicle this lady was at her job every day using this pass yet truly handicap ppl were having to park far away. Neither driver was handicap nor had a handicap person with them and had attitude with me when I confronted them. I do not know how else I can report this as calling has done no good . It looks as though they might use the same pass. Number looks same. Used at same location. I will be watching to see if it is.”
