Mike came in to give me an estimate on the floors, and convinced me that he could take over the whole project. From the start, he seemed different than other people in this business. Mike told me how much the job would cost, and he assured me that even if there were problems during the project, he would personally make certain that everything came out right in the end. This was a big project, with many moving parts. I also have an extreme attention to detail. Any time I had an issue with how something was being done, I went to Mike.
