“It's gotten better w/the newest post master. The other 2 that we've put up w/ in the last yr & half that's we've lived here lacked customer service. I can't give it 5 stars because within half an hour of the posted closing time I've gone in and the window has been closed the postmaster's vehicle was outside and we couldn't get service. I don't know why that she's closed up they're only available to the public for a good 2-3 hours a day anyway depending on the day of the week. I hope I bugged the heck out of her knocking on her closed window shade this last time, she had at least 20 minutes that she was to remain open to the public and I know she was back there I don't know anybody who can clock out 20 minutes at their job and it's okay.”

“This post office deals with some of the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever met that live in The Villages, Florida. Each time I am there some old man is trying to yell, puff up their chest and treat the postal works poorly. They respond with polite courteous professional answers to help even the nastiest customer. I'm not sure I would be able to be as nice as they are to these BAD behaving patrons that abuse them on a daily basis. Keep up the good work. I am always happy with the service I receive.”

According to tracking data, it was delivered so I went to the local office on Bedford St and the nice lady redirected me to the carrier facility a few miles further down. I told the gentleman the same story with the package and realized that the package was sent to the wrong address/mailbox. The nice gentleman dispatched someone to check on the package and later on that same afternoon, I saw my package in my mailbox. Mislabeled... I’m thankful for the staff at both locations for being professional and friendly.”

“This is a large gas station, so if you are mobility-impaired it would be tough to get from the gas pump to the cashier. although I did not need this as I am not mobility-impaired, I can guarantee you that if you hit the help button on the pump someone would come out to assist you, as the staff is inviting, compassionate and efficient... It's an impressive gas station with lots of variety of convenience itemsand it was very busy with shows that the people of Westborough consider it to be economical and convinient indeed! also it's a great location as some of the other gas stations are difficult to see from the road and you would have to hit your brakes quicklyif you didn't know the area but you can see this gas station because it's so large right from the road and it's easily accessible in this manner”
