“I recently had live chicks shipped from California. They were supposed to arrive Wednesday by 3pm. Paid priority express next day with the money back guarantee - the whole shabangdingy. Thursday afternoon rolls around and the shipping says they still haven't left Sacramento, CA. Keeping in mind these are live chicks that will only last a couple days. I went down to the post office to see if I could get any information and let me just tell you Dina and the young man at the front desk were SO nice and helpful. I just assumed post office employees were kind of like DMV employees - relatively grumpy and unhelpful - boy was I wrong (at least at the ES post office). They took my phone number and told me they would call me as soon as they arrived. And they gave me all the info I needed to tell the shipper that she's totally entitled to a refund on the money back guarantee for priority express. Saturday rolls around (they were WAY late but not my post office's fault) and I got a call at 5am from Sophia telling me they arrived and that I could come get them at the back door even though they were closed! While I'm not exactly happy with the USPS in general because they were 4 days late (thankfully the majority survived), I could not have been happier with the service at this post office.”

We waited for 10 minutes and a staff member was nice enough to come down the aisle and make sure everyone had the proper papers so that the line would keep moving. When I got to the front, I hadn’t finished filling out the customs form, yet Anna was patient and understanding and let us fill it out at her window while she helped the next customer. Even though it was super crowded she took her time to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions. We were super impressed with Anna!”

“I never thought I would review a post office but I am. I was scared to come here because of the 75 bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I hate that I didn’t catch any names but I’m sure if a manger wants to give credit they can just look up the employee schedule. I came by today 11/14 around 3:45pm and the lady at the register was super nice, efficient, and funny. I really liked my experience here there was a huge line and I was already dreading it but it went by fast! The employees I interacted with were super nice, I highly recommend!”
